Our Contour Gel offers Cold and Hot therapy and is deep freezer and microwave friendly. Remains flexible even when frozen and takes the contour shape of the muscles applied on. Intended Use: For Pain Relief from acute & chronic injuries, reduction of swelling and allieviation of muscle cramps and soreness, to enhance blood circulation, loosen tissues and relax muscles. The Cold & Hot reusable Contour Gel is chilled in a deep freezer or heated in a microwave depending on the COLD or HOT therapy as required. [read more=”Read more” less=”Read less”] Directions for COLD Therapy use: 1) Place the ALTEC Contour Gel in a deep freezer for at least 2 hours. 2) Insert the ALTEC Contour Gel in the ALTEC Compression Warp pocket and secure with velcro. Please test for desired temperature before use. The ALTEC Compression Wrap with the ALTEC Contour Gel inserted, is recommended to be worn over apparel incase too cold. 3) Secure the ALTEC Compression Wrap with the straps on the affected area and apply for a  maximum of 15 minutes. 4) Store the ALTEC Contour Gel in a deep freezer for future COLD therapy use. Directions for HOT Therapy use: (Based on 1200 Watt microwave) 1) The ALTEC Contour Gel must be at room temperature before microwave use. 2) Lay the ALTEC Contour Gel flat in microwave, heat for 2 (Two) minutes. 3) Heat the ALTEC Contour Gel in 20 second increments if additional heat is required. Overheating may cause product to rupture or leak. 4) Insert the ALTEC Contour Gel in the ALTEC Compression Warp pocket and secure with velcro. Please test for desired temperature before use.
